What is the Appointment Show?

The Appointment Show is on Wednesday, March 28th and it’s your opportunity to have one-on-one private meetings with our tradeshow exhibitors.

How does the Appointment Show work?

PIA of Florida will facilitate one-on-one private meetings between exhibitors and attendees held every 30 minutes, with 5 minute breaks in between. Starting at 2:30PM, the Appointment Show will last for a total of 3 hours with breaks and will consist of two categories: “Ask the Carrier” and “Ask the Expert”. The schedule of all appointments for all participants will have been determined and published ahead of time based on the agents’ submitted information and the selections by the carriers prior to the conference.

How do I sign up?

The Appointment Show is available only to those attending the conference with a FULL REGISTRATION. In the registration for the conference, agents can sign up for the Appointment Show by selecting the box under the Session Registration header. The fee for the Appointment Show is $50. Agents are paying for the opportunity to be selected by exhibitors for individual appointments. Carriers and exhibitors at the Appointment Show will select agents based on the questions agents answer during registration. Participating carriers and exhibitors will have up to eight appointments available to fill. PIA of Florida will be in contact with the registrants to inform them of their appointments before the conference. If you are not selected by any exhibitors or carriers, a FULL REFUND will be issued prior to the event. The appointment schedule will be finalized by March 15th or when all of the slots have been filled.
